Breakfast: Overnight oats (prep Mon night) ~10g fiber
Dinner: Air fryer chicken thighs + rice + stir-fried broccoli — air fryer + rice cooker
Wednesday
Breakfast: Eggs + avocado + corn tortilla ~12g fiber
Dinner: Beef & black bean bowl + rice + hot sauce — steel pan + rice cooker
Thursday
Breakfast: Overnight oats (prep Wed night) ~10g fiber
Dinner: Air fryer chicken + potato wedges + cabbage slaw — air fryer
Friday
Breakfast: Shakshuka (leftover or fresh) ~10g fiber
Dinner: Steak + rice + stir-fried veg — steel pan (high heat)
Saturday
Breakfast: Overnight oats (prep Fri night) ~10g fiber
Dinner: Black bean tacos + air fryer potato wedges — pan + air fryer
Sunday
Breakfast: Eggs + avocado + tortilla ~12g fiber
Dinner: Chicken bowl (rice, beans, veg, whatever's left)
🥣 Overnight Oats (prep night before)
- Greek yogurt (half tub)
- Oats (40g)
- Chia seeds (1 tbsp)
- Honey
- Berries or sliced pear
Mix, fridge overnight → ~10g fiber
- 🍳 Steel pan: Shakshuka, steak (high heat sear), stir-fries, beef mince
- 🌀 Air fryer: Chicken thighs (180°C, 25min), potato wedges (200°C, 20min)
- 🍚 Rice cooker: Batch cook rice Monday, keeps 3-4 days in fridge
